1. Tree Plantation
2. Total Sanitation
3. Hygiene & Liquid Waste Management
4. Safe Drinking Water
5. Solid Waste Management

These activities undergo approval as part of the Championship Program and earn users points based on their contributions. The app requires personal information, such as CNIC, to authenticate users and validate their submissions as monitored by the Ministry of Climate Change.

The Clean Green Pakistan Index program was initiated by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and is managed by the Ministry of Climate Change.
